What is "White-glove delivery"

This is a premium delivery service that places the product in the home, all debris is removed, and product training is availble if needed. All deliveries are made by appointment in advance.

We observe a 14-day return/exchange policy for in-stock items. Special orders can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us for more information if needed.

Stressless® Emily Sectional brings the modular Emily V2 family into a true corner layout — the same sleek lines and soft, enveloping cushions as the matching Emily sofa chair, loveseat, and 3-seat sofa, with power recline on both ends of every preset build. As you face the sofa: left = LHF, right = RHF.

Simple to order online: first pick your Configuration — (1) 2-Seat + Corner + 3-Seat (LHF 2 / RHF 3) with power on both ends, (2) the flip 3-Seat + Corner + 2-Seat (LHF 3 / RHF 2) with power on both ends, or (3) 2-Seat + Corner + 2-Seat + Center Module + End Seat (LHF 2 / RHF 2 + module + RHF end). Then choose one of seven Paloma Special promo colors (Chocolate, Fog, Light Grey, Mushroom, New Cognac, Oxford Blue, or Sand), and your arm style — Narrow steel, Wood trim, or Wide — with matching legs, wood stain, or feet. Optional rechargeable battery pack is available on all configurations (two batteries for sectional power setups). Corner module ~48.8" — call for full layout widths by configuration and arm style.
