Warranty Information
All of our products are guaranteed. We are an authorized dealer for each of our manufacturers' products and in most cases have had long-term relationships with them. Our suppliers value our business and work with us on your behalf to satisfy any warranty claims should they ever arise. Warranties vary between different brands and their products. Please contact the store directly for warranty specifics of the items you are considering.
Exchange/Cancelation Policy
Our goal is always to create a satisfied customer. However, Haynes Comfort cannot accept the return of any custom-ordered or non-stock product. If your item is delivered damaged or defective, we will work to expedite a replacement.
It is very important to double-check the size and colors needed before ordering. If a specific color is vital to your order, we highly recommend ordering samples prior to placing your order. Because leather, wood, and other materials used in furniture manufacturing are natural products, some variations in grain pattern, texture, color consistency, etc. are expected. This is not considered a defect and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange in-stock items for any in-stock item or have credit applied toward a custom or non-stock item if your return is in “like new” condition. Additional pickup/delivery fees may apply. While not standard policy, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable/creditable.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders approved for cancellation (before being entered into production) are refunded less a 10% processing fee. The determining factor will ultimately be based on our financial liability with the associated vendor.
CHARGEBACKS - ZERO TOLERANCE
Any attempt to reverse a credit card charge, before or after the delivery of the order, will result in the cancellation of the order. The chargeback will be contested, and the person/company on the billing information will be sent to a collection agency. In extreme cases, the person/company on the billing information will be sent to small claims court in the locality of that person/company's billing address. "Friendly Fraud" is theft and will be treated as such. After a chargeback, our company will no longer work with you on the existing order or any future orders.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price (or other vital details) due to a typographical error, Haynes Comfort shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information. Haynes Comfort shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Haynes Comfort will issue an appropriate credit/refund of funds placed by the customer under these circumstances.
