- All deliveries are handled by Haynes Comfort as part of our White Glove Delivery Service.
- Deliveries are by appointment only. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time.
- Our delivery team will assemble your furniture, verify it matches your order, and ensure it’s in perfect working condition before leaving.
- All delivery personnel have passed a thorough background check and are screened for illegal drug use, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
Processing and Delivery Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1 day.
- Shipping of product typically takes between 3-to-4 weeks.
- White Glove Delivery service is performed by appointment only and timelines vary based on location and appointment scheduling. Someone will reach out and schedule a delivery day and time when your order is ready.

Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy for damaged or defective products under the following conditions:
Exchange Window: You may initiate an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for any damaged or defective products. We encourage all shoppers to request FREE swatch samples before a purchase.

- Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
- Return shipping is free if the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy
Haynes Comfort stands behind the quality of our products. As an authorized Stressless® retailer, we act as your representative for any and all warranty claims with Stressless®. Below are the details of the Stressless® warranty per their website for informational purposes. This summary should not be considered the exact details of their warranty. The Stressless warranty applies to all Stressless products purchased from Haynes Comfort:
10-Year Warranty on Internal Mechanism:
Covers the mechanical functions and internal framework (steel/wood, including metal springs) of recliners and sofas for 10 years from the date of initial delivery.
Does not cover damage to leather, woodwork, or issues caused by misuse contrary to manufacturer recommendations. Natural settlement or indention in padding/foam is normal and not covered.
5-Year Warranty on Base, Foam, and Power Motor/Mechanisms:
Covers the base (including swivel ring, gas lift, extensions), foam, interior padding, electronic parts, and motor for power mechanisms and accessories for 5 years from delivery.
Some deformation or indention in padding is considered normal and part of the break-in process.
2-Year Warranty on Power Batteries:
Covers Stressless® battery units for 2 years from delivery. Use of third-party batteries voids the entire Stressless® warranty.
1-Year Warranty on Leather or Fabric Upholstery:
Covers leather or fabric upholstery, including stitching and zippered assemblies, for 1 year from delivery, assuming proper care per Stressless® guidelines.

Important Warranty Information and Limitations:
Valid only for purchases from authorized Stressless® retailers like Haynes Comfort, with assembly by an authorized retailer.
Requires an original sales receipt/invoice to file a claim.
Does not cover repairs by unauthorized persons, use of non-original parts, floor samples, “AS IS” products, or damage from misuse.
Covers replacement parts and shipping costs for those parts. Stressless® is not responsible for additional repair/service charges.
